We currently supply cleaning services throughout central Scotland and surrounding areas.

When you choose M&Y’s cleaning services as your professional cleaning company, your home will be cleaned by one of our expert teams, ensuring excellent service time after time. We start each regular cleaning service with an initial deep clean, which enables us to bring each home up to a standard that we then maintain on a regular basis, at a frequency that best suits each client.

Once the initial clean is signed-off, we continue with regular spot checks to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained.

Our bespoke, regular domestic cleaning service will leave your home in tiptop condition so you can remain house proud and ready to host at any given moment.

Regular Cleaning Package

2 cleaners from 60 minutes depending on the size of the property and comprises of the following:

• All floors vacuumed/mopped.

• All furniture, mirrors, picture frames in all rooms polished.

• Fronts of cupboards, appliances, stove top, extractor, work surfaces, table and sink cleaned.

• Bathroom blitzed.

• Bins emptied and fresh scented liners supplied.

• Beds made if required.

• Inside windows cleaned once per month

  End of Let Clean
  
  This can take from 4 hours depending on the size of the property and comprises of the following:

  All floors vacuumed and hard flooring steam cleaned.

• External windows cleaned if they can be reached from within the property.

• Internal windows cleaned.

• Window sills and banisters cleaned.

• Radiators and pipes cleaned.

• All doors (internal & external) surrounds and skirtings in all rooms.

• Light shades, mirrors, pictures dusted.

• Kitchen cupboards inside and out cleaned.

• All surfaces, fronts of appliances, stove top, extractor cleaned.

• Bathroom scrubbed.
  
  

  Deep Clean Package

  Our special one off clean can take from 4 hours depending on the size of the property and comprises of the following:

• All floors vacuumed.

• Carpets deodorised.

• Hard flooring steam mopped.

• All furniture, mirrors, picture frames in all rooms polished.

• Ceiling lights dusted.

• Fronts of cupboards, appliances, stove top, extractor, work surfaces, table and sink cleaned.

• Bathroom blitzed.

• Radiators and pipes in all room cleaned.

• All internal doors and surrounds, skirtings boards cleaned.

• External doors cleaned.

• Bins emptied and fresh scented liners supplied.

• Beds made if required.

• Inside windows and surrounds cleaned.
